面膜機生產線說明：

1.高速折棉入袋一體機：手工放棉，自動疊棉，自動裝袋，自動壓袋、無棉不折疊，無袋不裝袋，出錯自動報警，空袋檢測

 Manual put dry facial mask sheet, auto mask sheet folding, auto bagging, auto bag pressing, no sheet no folding, no bagno bagging, auto alarm, auto empty bag checking

2.全自動面膜機：

充填精華液，再對充填完精華液的面膜袋進行封口和打碼。

Filling the essence, Then seal the filled facial mask bag with date coding

3.提升機：

把從全自動面膜機生產出來的成品面膜提升到流水線高度。

Lift the finished facial masks to the working height of production line.

4.稱重機：

對全自動面膜機生產出來的成品面膜進行重量檢測，把重量不合格的面膜剔除（稱重精度為±0.5g）。

Automatically check the weight of finished facial masks, and reject the unqualified facial mask. (the weighing accuracy is±0.5g)

5.面膜點數機：

對前端輸送過來的面膜按設定的片數（5～20片）進行點數，把點數好的面膜整齊堆送出。

Count the inline outfeed facial mask bags, and stack them as set stacking number (5-20pcs), and then push out the stacked bags.

特點：

本面膜生產線可以很好的兼容面膜軟袋，可以把面膜袋中沒有裝面膜布和充填重量超標的面膜產品剔除，最后可以把面膜按設定的片數整齊成堆送出，便于后端打包裝盒，本生產線只需要1個人操作，

就可以保質保量地生產面膜.This facial mask production could work well with soft facial masks, and reject the ones without facial mask sheet and unqualified weight from the finished bags. Could output the stacked set number facial mask bags for further packaging into box. Only 1 worker is needed for operation the whole line, to guarantee the stable quantity and quality production of facial masks.
